- STSamuel Trott3 days ago1.0Awful is an understatement on this hotel. For a premier inn to have no air con in any of the rooms in 2026 is an absolute joke! FairPlay to the staff they must take a lot of complaints about this as it's ridiculous. The rooms are like ovens. They did give us a fan but made minimal effect on cooling the room, didn't help with the outside temperatures of 30. Even the Guinness wasn't great. Not a good start to our holiday luckily it's only for a night. Wouldn't stay here again. This building also has no lift which is not good when you have suitcases!!! Awful hotel!!!

Room had fan but has very hot baby in the room overnight. Reported to reception and couldn’t be given another room with air conditioning. I think any other week of the year this wouldn’t have been an issue but was bad timing and the AC was really needed. As I said before staff were very helpful but the lack of AC really made the night uncomfortable.
